I will never stay here again. The room looked great at first glance and then upon further inspection was absolutely disgusting. It is also it a terrible part of town.

Check in was a little long & there was no a/c - unless you stayed in a basement room. Personally I am usually cold in hotels so taking the room with a discount was fine to me. They had a fan & the room was huge & beautiful. It was a little loud at night (fan came in handy) & I’m not sure if the area is safe to roam around but convenient for ubers & near subway. Overall it was a nice place in brooklyn for a good price.

There was a staff member that over charged me and was very disrespectful. However , The rest of the staff helped out and refunded the money to me. There is no laundry on the premises, No breakfast, No parking

No AC, we were informed as we checked in. Got out of the shower and there were no towels at all in the room, had to wait 35 minutes for clean towels, which were stained and had bad smell. Room floor was dirty

Hotel its self was fine rooms were big. Poor up keep. Sofa in my room was NASTY. Linen was stained. Wasn't provided any towels which was fine cause my friend ended up going to purchase cause they were nasty with stains. Water in shower up to your ankles cause drain didn't work properly. Hotel has potential just needs to be properly cleaned. Maybe staffing is low.

THIS HOTEL IS COMPLETELY DISGUSTING! The air conditioning doesn’t work; the tv doesn’t work. There’s mold growing on the ceiling. None of walls are properly caulked & sealed. There’s a large hole at the top of shower….the bedside table is broken, the bed headboard is stained with something disgusting! The flooring in the common areas is all cracked tiles or just holes. There’s refrigerator wasn’t cleaned. I ended my stay the next day because I didn’t feel safe and I didn’t trust the water after seeing mold on the ceiling!
