"Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We had an event we needed to get ready for and had to get ready in the bathroom off the lobby. That night the door to the room wouldn’t open when we returned. Had to wait 40 minutes for someone to fix it. Pool wasn’t open. Girl at the frt desk was incredibly rude. Very disappointed."
"Quick check in, friendly staff, located close to all amenities. Plenty of parking. Was told after the fact by locals that it wasn't the best part of town, but we never felt unsafe or insecure."
"This was a lot of money to spend on a room that didn’t even have a refrigerator. I mean, it was a clean, decent room—but the value to price ratio is hella upside down. I can’t even say how shocked I was that I was going to have to toss leftovers from a dinner I ordered in. Boooooo."
"The room and hotel were clean. I just hated that there was no fridge or microwave in the room. You have to go to the lobby for the microwave. Also, parking is horrible and $28 a night. Other than that it was a decent stay."
"Front desk had helpful staff at check-in, held luggage in storage due to early arrival so we could explore. Evening and morning staff indifferent. Frozen foods were terribly poor quality. Microwave didn’t work well. No amenities in room. AC didn’t work well. TV went out. Morning transfer a bit late, despite booking day ahead. Average facility, close to airport… would not recommend."
