“Tha staff were very helpful and polite, the hotel is well positioned for access to A1 and local bus route to Town. The room was perfect with plenty of room and an extra large bed. We had dinner in the hotel there was plenty of choice and all freshly cooked, excellent.”

“A lovely stay in Alnwick in September 2026. We had a large room with a view of the castle. Breakfast was very good as were the evening meal options. Staff were all friendly, helpful and seemed very competent.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Lift was out of order for all of our stay which was not good as I have arthritis in both knees, left hip and right shoulder. There were a lot of stairs - this spoilt the holiday slightly for me”

“Second stay here. Fab place, full of character and quirkiness Great location! Great staff, though could do with a couple more as only 3 working in a very busy pub...and they worked hard and with a smile 😃 Seemed a little less loved this time, sadly, like a bit of paint was needed, but still a great place!”

“This is one of the better Premier inn locations. Staff were available and it was reasonably clean. It was also quiet.”

“旅馆在路旁，典型乡村式，旁边有牧场，房间有特色，淸洁，早餐很好，很喜欢，适合自驾度假，主人很热情。”

“Beautiful room with lots of lovely touches including the cookies and the cafeteria coffee. The choice of breakfast was really good and the coffee was great. The staff were attentive and very welcoming and gave us good suggestions of where to go and where was good to eat. A very special place we hope to go back soon. H”

“Good staff service. Room and bathroom very modern and clean, bed was comfortable and had a great sleep. Breakfast was good quality lovely fresh fruit. Great location and very friendly staff.”

“If you stay in the cottage the water is powered by a tank and therefore the hot water runs out and i therefore had to have a cold shower!!”

“Stayed with my wife for a one night break. The room itself was very nice and clean but unfortunately the bathroom/toilet had a rather unpleasant smell suggesting there were issues with the drains. It had been raining and the French window door had a poor seal at the bottom so the carpet there was wet. In the morning the hot water was only luke warm (we were told there was possibly a problem with the boiler and given an apology but nothing else). The bar lacked a nice seating area for hotel……

“Honestly, had I been travelling alone, I don’t think I would have stayed. On arrival, the hotel appeared deserted and the main door was locked. After several minutes of banging, the only staff member on duty eventually appeared. When I asked about the advertised free parking, he pointed to where I had stopped on the street, partly on double yellow lines. Despite my concerns about parking illegally, he insisted it was fine and simply shrugged when I challenged him. Needless to say, I moved my……
