Niagara Wine Region Bar Hotel

"Very friendly and helpful staff! We had a very cold room and told the front desk staff. He said he would have maintenance check on this issue. We listened to music and had drinks in the bar. When we returned to our room, maintenance had replaced the temperature control in our room and it was warmer! We were very impressed!"

"Loved the staff, check in was a breeze, room was spotless. We had hoped for the falls view, but wasn’t available, HOWEVER, we enjoyed a spectacular sunset on the city view side, as well as the most beautiful full moon in front of a black sky. It snowed a bit, it was so pretty! I think not having the Fallsview side turned out to be better! We did go to the observation floor to see the falls, so beautiful with everything covered in ice. There was not a single place in the entire hotel (including stairwells) that weren’t SPOTLESS. We will definitely stay again. "

"Staff were immediately welcoming upon arrival. Oddy was professional, acknowledged that we were repeat guests, was able to joke around with us while checking in and always waved with a smile when we were coming and going. The hotel itself is in a great location, love the coffee station and staff were seen vacuuming and cleaning up daily as well. Great hotel all together."
