“The staff and restaurant were great. The hotel was clean, rustic and a dive resort. Great amenities for that. My only complaint is one of the main roads is right next to the resort. I mean right there. The road noise was at times very very loud. Not sure who drives the unmuffled motorcycle at 3 am most morning but ugh! The sunset views from our patio were awesome. Best part…no cruise piers in your line of sight. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“We stayed at Casita Maya for our first ever trip to Mexico and we had a fantastic time here! It really felt like staying with fun friends. Very relaxed energy, very beautiful space. Daniel is the MVP! He was always joking with my husband and was very quick to help with anything we needed throughout our stay, like numerous taxis and answering many questions. He’s also an excellent chef. We loved having our meals out by the pool, in fact we ordered breakfast here every morning. House keeping……

“What is a decent place. Had a partial ocean view not a full on ocean view. We had a huge part of the hotel to our left. Which blocked a lot of the view. We were right off the street so it was pretty busy and loud. Very convenient to city life and walking at night. Very safe. Nice restaurants around. Would probably skip next time due to the noise level. Lotta construction going on. Breakfast was not included for us, but we did eat breakfast there once and the food is great. There is a gated,……

“Noisy rooms. My husband could not sleep. Could hear silver wear clanking in the morning and noise throughout. Maybe for families who don’t mind noise, not for people wishing to relax. They did allow us to cancel because they were unable to accommodate us with a baby at their other property. ”

“My very first experience in an all-inclusive resort and this resort checks all the list. I was spending my birthday here and they made me feel special. They were even generous enough to upgrade me to a beachfront room which was amazing! Attentive, courteous, respectful, pleasant staff-always there to help, a 100%! My personal concierge was the best! She handled our needs perfectly and effortlessly. The place is well maintained, clean, and has a relaxing vibe to it. Food was great and tasteful!……

“The food and drinks were excellent! The room was fantastic but did have plumbing problems which staff attended very quickly! Overall we loved our stay and would go back but were presented with charges that exceeded what Expedia had stated we woyld have to pay for activity fees and taxes. Our expedia bill stated we would be paying 440$ CAD Upon arrival but the price we were given by the hotel was 568$ USD. With conversion was almost double what we were told! Hotel stated it was an Expedia problem……
