“The place was great. The bed was comfortable. A washer and dryer. Good internet. The only issue for me is that the neighborhood is a bit rough. As long as you have a good sense of personal security, it is fine. If you are a fearful person, this place might be a challenge for you.”

“this was my second time booking at this place after the first time went very well and is a great location. this time a round, we arrived around 9:30 pm after driving 8 hours and went to unlock the door with the code and there was someone inside already. the room was double booked and the person had been there a week already. luckily getting ahold of someone wasn't too difficult and they booked us in another one of their properties which turned out to be a good room overall but was further than……

“Paul was an amazing host. He made sure we were comfortable and settled in. He provided a list of places to see and eat. The parking was right outside the door. Freret street is within a blocks walk with shopping and restaurants near by. The cottage was exactly as described clean, nicely decorated and AC was ice cold. Great on hot and humid days. Very close to the Street car. And easy access to the French Quarter. Only thing negative is the bed is small could use a queen or King size bed in room.……

“This place is in the most vibrant and eclectic neighborhood. We really didn’t have to leave the area for the full Nola vibe, but if you do decide too, Uber got us downtown quick and safe.Perfect host and perfect location!”

“We had a great time in the city, and most importantly, the hotel was amazing! The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. Everything was well maintained, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel made our trip even better, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!”

“Clean comfortable quiet home. The location was perfect for us to attend graduation as it was close to our son’s location. We tend to use the kitchen and this one had everything we needed as well as a decent array of spices. Outside covered patio was great for am breakfast. We didn’t use the hot tub but I could see stargazing at night if we had. My adult son liked the quiet escape of the casita. It was nice and didn’t feel like a demotion from being in the main house. Would rent again!”

“The bed sheets are covered with pubes.”

“Comfortable and convenient- host was extremely responsive and house was perfect. No complaints and no concerns.”

“I stay at this property last year when it was under a different owner and absolutely loved it. Fast forward to this year, I was thoroughly surprised to know that it had re-opened! We instantly settled on staying there. The property was easy to find and perfectly situated just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. Very easy to access, clean, spacious, comfortable and most of all we felt safe. The pool is such an added bonus! It's situated on the rooftop and made for a nice afternoon wind down. The……
