Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable lodge. The bed was a bit dusty near the pillow and I have allergies. One suggestion I’d like to make is allow guests to sign up for a group evening shuttle at a certain time to nearby restaurants (for a fee) and then back at a certain time. Seems most meals in restaurants take 2 hours. It’s nice to try out different restaurants after a day of skiing and it’s a bummer when taxis take over an hour wait and charges 10,000 yen from Moiwa to Hirafu because they...
