"Stayed here twice. Enjoyed the window view, easy access to USJ, CityWalk, and Expo, complimentary spa, and the breakfast buffet was worth trying, especially the custom seafood bowl, simmered beef with tofu soup, and kushikatsu (fried skewers) assortment. Oh, and don’t forget to try their gelatos at their attached cafe! "

"I had an amazing experience staying at Hotalu. Our apartment was clean and cozy. I stayed with my family of 3, and recommend this place. Our only issue was that it was a bit far from the metro station, but the bus stop was close, so we used a bus to get to the city center. 7/11 was just around the corner which was super convenient. Plus the washer and dryer is available for free on the first floor. Overall, great host, lovely apartment. Loved our stay "

"The OOSAKA UNIVERSAL CITY- KINTETSU HOTEL manager allowed us to changed our room to an amazing room with the theme park view. It wasn’t peak season for tourists yet probably but anyways it was so kind of them to change room detail with a very reasonable amount charged. Thank you so much."
