“Expensive for the amount you pay. There is no hot water in the shower. It’s just lukewarm. One lady at the front desk said we can checkout at 12:30 but the other lady (Ximena) said we cannot. Overall you would expect better customer service.”

“Pros: Das Haus und das Anwesen sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist zwar minimal, jedoch ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist toll und eine wunderbare Mischung aus traditionell und modern. Die Gastgeber sind herzliche und sehr zugängliche Menschen! Es war sehr leicht sich dort wohlzufühlen und zu erholen. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Cons: Das Frühstück ist rudimentär und die Lebensmittel dafür werden einmal pro Woche nachgefüllt. Das ist ungewöhnlich und ich……

“We stayed at Hacienda Son Antem after spending four days in Barcelona to get some relaxation at the end of our vacation. It was a great way to finish off our trip to Spain. From the moment we arrived the staff took great care of us. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was very spacious and well appointed. For two of the three nights that we were there, we elected to eat at the buffet for dinner. The selection was great, my family particularly enjoyed the one night where they had an Asian……

“Hotel was very centrally located and had a lovely view from the roof top pool and bar - some of the staff were friendly and helpful but some not so much - room had everything we needed but was a bit short on storage - a shame as there was room for more - eg bedside drawers rather than just a shelf - shower & bathroom excellent - plenty of sun loungers round the pool but would have appreciated a few more parasols - overall I liked this hotel and would recommend and return”
