「Great place. But the shower curtain is not long enough,, allowed a flooded floor. We couldn't figure out the TV, I'd suggest some instructions. Alsio, for non-Austinites, the trash cans should be marked by intention. Minor stuff. Otherwise clean and great. 」

「The apartment doesn’t look the same in person as it does in the photos. It’s an older complex and connected to other units . It was clean enough but did have a musty dank smell possibly from past water leaks or odors from another unit. Because it’s a bottom floor apartment the lights and sounds from the parking lot were somewhat of an issue. There was a lot going out there including some car repairs. The interstate and train tracks are also very close . Probably not ideal for solo female...

「Easy walking distance to cool restaurants and coffee in Hyde park. We walked to UT graduation. Not a short walk, about 30 minutes but if you like walking and hate looking for parking it works!」

「The property was great, the location is within walking distance of many quaint, and popular night spots, restaurants, bars etc. I would recommend this property because even though it is close to downtown, it is quiet as if it sits in a suburb area. There was tumbling toddler above the unit, but it isn't a deterrent, it is actually comical. 」

「The host was very responsive to my questions. Answered in a timely manner. The location is very close to UT Austin. It is an apartment building that seems to house a lot of UT students. We were there over a weekend and it was very quiet. It is an older building but seems to be well maintained. Our only issues were with the little things. Two wash clothes in the entire apartment that sleeps 4-6 people. No towels in the kitchen to dry dishes. No hangers in the closets. The pillows need replaced....
