「Our stay at StayAPT was nothing like the description provided. The facility needs significant improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. The carpets were old, dirty, and dusty, making the room feel unkempt. The staff was generally unprofessional, with the exception of the manager/supervisor, who was helpful and courteous. 「Loved the amenities here. Check in folks were lovely. Clean unit and spacious. Air conditioning broke but we were able to switch rooms. Shower faucet blew out of the wall and hit a family members leg. 2 fire alarms during stay with one at 4am. Virtually no plates, glasses etc in kitchen but otherwise nice unit.」

「There needs to be clear instruction on how to enter the building. It was too difficult to find the door for the cold. In fact, we never found the door with the kiosk to use the entry code.」
