“The hardwares of the hotel are too old, and the breakfast is very simple ”

“I like that the living area was separate from the bedroom space. Check in was fine. The noise from other guests was unacceptable, when checking out there was no one in the office and after a good 15 minutes when someone finally showed up it smelled as though they were smoking marijuana. We also asked for towels and they never brought them up to the room so I had to go back down to the office and ask for them again and wait for them and bring them up myself. “Aside from the relatively complicated self checkin process, the apartment was excellent. It was clean and spacious, and the location was not far from uptown. We appreciated the covered parking, the washer and dryer, and the proximity to parks and shopping. The only improvement we could suggest would be to supply some creamer for the coffee that was supplied. We would gladly stay here again.”

“There needs to be clear instruction on how to enter the building. It was too difficult to find the door for the cold. In fact, we never found the door with the kiosk to use the entry code.”

“The kitchen was poorly stocked. There was no coffee maker, nor plates, bowls, mugs, etc. there was silverware and a few glasses The bathroom had nowhere to hang towels, and there were only two hangers in the giant walk-in closet, and only one partial roll of toilet paper. On the plus side there was a washer and dryer iron blow dryer, they provided linens. The place was larger than I expected, However the apartment smelled like old carpet and grease.
