“The room was very clean and tidy. Management was very professional and very helpful and courteous. We had a great night 😴. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you very much.”

“This property has a lot of potential, unfortunately the owners do not invest in it. While I appreciate that it is a lodge and has the charm of a cabin/camping feel, it is very run down and not maintained at all. The grounds need serious attention - there are weeds everywhere, trash, and are just overall unkept. Spider webs are all over the buildings and entryway/doors. The room was filthy and doesn't properly get cleaned. The floors clearly haven't been cleaned in ages, our socks were filthy……

“Our stay was enjoyable and the property offered an amazing view. The room was clean and the bed sheets were fresh, which we really appreciated. The only concern we had was that when we opened the drawers, there was noticeable dust inside. This caused us to cough and sneeze a couple of times, though it settled quickly afterward. Aside from that, everything else was comfortable and we had a good experience overall.”

“Loved the fact that the Alpine Lodge is literally in the middle of town and makes for super convenient walking to shops, stores, restaurants and all other fun, mountain activities. Super beautiful main ski mountain right there by the lodge too. Spectacular mountain views!”

“The house is very quaint and cozy. Brian did a great job of communicating and making sure that I had everything I needed. The location is perfect to walk to all of the main attractions in Arroyo Seco. I would definitely recommend staying here. ”
