“Comfortable, very well maintained property. Beautiful mountain location. Friendly staff. Each 2nd floor room has nice balcony. Check-in/out procedure extremely efficient. Only negatives would be confusing instructions on setting up TV access (took me about 6 minutes to set up) and hard to open/slide balcony door.”

“The condo is great and located within walking distance to waterpark, Helen tubing and food. On the riverside. I would drive and park if you want downtown Helen.Bathroom has some water damage from the unit upstairs. Owner is working that out. Great stay. Will book again. If you don’t like noisy upstairs guest, rent a single cabin. That was the only down fall of our stay.”

“So happy that I came across Kingwood. I had communicated with the property manager that I would be a late check in and was reassured there would be no issue at all. Upon arrival my guest and I were greeted with by the very hospitable staff. Once we got settled into our very clean room we proceeded to the restaurant on the property where we had appetizers and cocktails. Food, beverage, and service all top notch. My guest and I have been in service industry for many years and everything definitely……

“This was such a cute condo and so clean!!! After getting directions from the gate house ( left, left, left) it was a piece of cake getting there!! Owner answered my phone call immediately to help me with my door code. I would very highly recommend !!! Location was perfect!! So close to everything!”
