「House in disrepair, big gap at the bottom of the front door letting in frigid air-took 2 towels to fill. Several doors to the rooms sagging and hard to open/close. Only 1 very small nightstand in each room upstairs-no space for cell phone or any additional outlets to charge phones or electronics. Beds very uncomfortable and only 1 blanket. 「For a large group, this house has it all. Our extended family enjoyed a comfortable stay, with plenty of room for everyone. The open kitchen, dining area and living space was perfect for gathering without feeling crowded. The huge deck faces south, providing beautiful views of the sunrise, sunset, and mountains. 「We arrived Feb 13 evening. My daughter was in from New York for a coaching job (her girls played in Knoxville). 1 hour after we arrived the lights on the cabin went out, blanketing us in darkness. I immediately contacted the owner. He asked me to check the breaker box, I did, nothing was blown. He asked me to text a pic of the breaker box to some random number - I did. He said he alerted maintenance. They didn't show up after a few hours I inquired if we knew about how long it usually takes to...

「The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. It was so nice to have a host that responded to any questions, very quickly. The pool was alot of fun. The basketball rims in the pool room made it really fun. The roads to the cabin were very easy to navigate. We didnt have to go up any super steep roads to get there. Also every evening we were able to see black bears from our balconies. 」
