“The location was perfect for my needs. The room was tastefully decorated. There was no issue with the separate bathroom. The bed was a bit creaky and a mattress topper would be a good investment. My coffee machine didn’t work but had instant coffee. There was no continental breakfast left in the room unfortunately. The house beer in pub great .. Staff were friendly. I will definitely stay there again Thank you”

“A lovely B&B. Very friendly. Nice breakfast. Clean, tidy, close to the Tube. We had the disadvantage of visiting during the heatwave and the house was a bit of a heat trap, but the fan helped, and I’d absolutely go back at a slightly cooler time!”

“Hotel liegt direkt am Hyde Park mit guter Anbindung an Bus & Bahn.”

“Overall it was good but it isn't a hotel its like an Airbnb with no front staff ! Its clean and well maintain but seems bit old! There's no AC or Fan so during summer it can be little hot! The cleanliness is good but due to it being old things seems bit dirty!”

“Despite some negative comments my night went beyond my expectations. The rooms are clean and shower with plenty of hot water. While it would be nicer if the breakfast can start earlier at 7am, the selections are plenty for a continental breakfast and it's included in the stay. Great bargain for what you paid, especially in London where some budget chains without en-suite showers may charge you that much or more”

“Great location for the tube from Hammersmith, very clean room, helpful and friendly staff, good selection of beer and food. Internet service was not great but otherwise a excellent place”

“Generous hot breakfasts included. Everything in room in great working condition. Easy access to tube, buses and giant Sainsbury. Will stay again for sure.”
