There was several things we had to contact the host about… one was the A/C the temp would not go up or down and it was freezing… she sent someone to check it out and he got it to change but said that there was something wrong… but told her he fixed it… you had to stand there and play with it… of course that is not right… but she told me most of the problems were user error… Really… I could not recommend this place without some changes… the fire alarm didn’t have a cover and the place needs a good cleaning… it smelled good but… it needs a cleaning … mold in bathroom

My family has enjoyed staying in the Myrtle & North Myrtle Beach area since I was a baby. The area will always feel like my second home. Fast forward to now, my husband and I have been married for two years and I finally talked him into going to the beach (he had never been before now). We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean & well maintained. It had a very homey feel to it. Being located right off the beach made it very handy for getting to the beach and ocean. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend or family member.

Room was clean, with the exception of the a/c door. Host, was good to deal with. Beach view-wonderful Laundry- not so good, you can only was a very small load and the dryer gasket needs to be fixed or you have to dry your clothes multiple times.

The overall stay was good but did have some issues. When we got there we noticed the couch was broken and notified the host right away and didn’t receive a response until a couple days later and nothing was done to fix the issue. Bedroom smaller than I thought and bed was small . It took forever for the dryer to dry clothes. The kitchen was nice and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. It’s nice for two people but not enough room for any more.

Bed is too small for 2 adults. Sofa was uncomfortable. WiFi faded in and out. No wine cork screw, would think that’s basic for a vaca rental. Nice kitchen. Nice tv. Nice deck view.

Updated in a perfect location!

Super cute and cozy updated condo! The high top table and chairs on the deck allow for a great view! We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances. The fluffy soft towels were top quality and everything was very clean. The bed was a bit too soft for us but thats a personal preference! Parking was easy and close to the unit. We didnt use the pool but it looked well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Over great stay.

We had a wonderful view of the ocean. When we got there I had a few cleanliness issues but the property manager answered quickly and handled the problem. I would stay again for the view it was spectacular.

Memorial Day Weekend

Loved the condo. It is right on the beach and the balcony is wonderful. A couple of down sides - the air conditioner is very loud like a jet taking off in the bedroom and the bed had a dip in the middle. It was very clean and looks like it was recently updated. All in all, it was great and would stay there again.

Great location

We had a great stay. The condo is perfect for two people, easy check-in great location, location easy parking no stairs to climb, which was great easy access to the beach and all the restaurants I would invest on a new mattress for the bedroom. Other than that everything was fabulous.

Second stay

We stayed at this property a year ago, and opted to return this year. We love the area as it is generally quiet and removed from the fray of MB/NMB. The unit was clean, and stocked with the usual kitchen amenities. Bathroom towels were provided, although we had to go out and buy bathroom soap, which we thought, maybe mistakenly, had been provided last year.The only thing I would have preferred and really missed is cable TV. I would like to have been able to watch the MB CLASSIC, since my partner was volunteering there. There was a TV in the bedroom, but it didn't seem to be hooked up. Also, upon arrival, there was no parking pass available for us to use. Luckily, we happened to catch a worker in a hallway who had access to the offices and could provide one.was working there.

Great visit

Have stayed at this property before, this unit was updated and very clean. Had a few issues, outdated security code for the pool and no parking pass, which we resolved. Coffee pot did not work, but there was an individual cup there that did. Could not get the TV in the bedroom to work and the cable in the living room needed reset at various times. Good trip, would stay here again

A quick getaway

Good stay, just a few tweaks necessary… The sliding glass door lock is broken, and that needs to be fixed. Secondly, there’s an iron in the condo but no ironing board. TV service lacks basic channels. Upgrading to a queen size bed would be much more comfortable for guests.
