“The staff without exception were very friendly and helpful. The main entrance and bar area is good, but slightly tired. We had breakfast one morning and that was very good. Our room was on the 4th floor. The carpet in the corridors was stretched, rumpled and clearly seen better days. Our room was poor. We had a small double bed, one side of which was tight against a wall. There was virtually no room to walk around. One side of the wardrobe was propped up with a piece of wood to make it level……

“The skirting boards, doors and radiator were dirty, the spa bath did not work, and the jets were rusty. the carpets in the corridors were ripped, the emergency lighting was hanging off the ceiling in the hallway. The food in the canteen was not nice, we only ate there one night. We definitely will not be staying here again.”

“Harrogate is a nice place to visit. And Yorkshire is well located in front of nice greening and very handy to a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is very nice with nice view. I would definitely want to come visit again ”

“The hotel was clean and well maintained with bar on which was nice and restaurant. Its position in Harrogate is perfect for all amenities and across Rd the jazz bar and Betty's”

“lovely building ,clean room in a good location, friendly staff. Even got cookies as a check in gift! Breakfast buffet was good. unfortunately didn’t have time to use the spa.”
