“The property is gorgeous and meticulously taken care of. The amenities were lovely and everything was decorated so thoughtfully. The only snag was the transfer of sound, which is probably unavoidable given the type of building, proximity to University Avenue, and a punk music festival coinciding with my stay. Bring ear plugs and you’ll be fine!”

“Located in the heart of the historic district, we walked everywhere. Onsite parking allowed us to park the car and forget it for a few days. Accommodations were perfect, nice room with modern, tiled shower, balcony on upper level with a porch swing. Comfortable bed and great attention to details by providing extras like a welcoming glass of wine upon arrival, cookies and water/softdrinks. Enjoyed breakfast every morning on the front porch. ”

“The Kenwood Inn is a beautifully restored and maintained historic house in a really nice part of historic Saint Augustine. We loved our stay with our two dogs. The room was perfect and beautifully furnished. Pat and the entire staff are wonderful!! The breakfast is incredible. We will definitely stay here again!”

“The beautiful ocean front cottage and the place was very spacious and clean. You can wake up early and watch a sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. The breakfast and happy hour were very nice, too. Friendly staff. Wish the shower had more pressure and the closet had hangers but we really enjoyed our stay overall and would like to come back again someday.”

“If perfection was a place... this is it. This gorgeous, Victorian-style home is beautifully appointed and conveniently located close to the beach as well as amazing restaurants and an adorably walkable downtown area. -- The home itself is elegant and comfortable with an atmosphere that is quietly romantic. Each guest room is perfectly and uniquely decorated. We especially enjoyed the abundance of conversation areas and reading nooks. It is also well-stocked with anything a guest may need for……

“We like the vintage vibe of the Inn! Their breakfast was amazing & delicious. Our room was the Flagler and the bed was super comfy! Great location to walkable sites, it was easy to go sightseeing & then go back to the Inn for a quick rest/nap. Easy check-in & check-out.”

“Nice place and a great location. Self checkin was OK, lacked a bit of the personal touch, but it worked after we figured out which keys to use on which doors! Excellent breakfast. We were afraid it would be noisy at night, but the street noise (formidable during the day! Doesn't St. Augustine have a muffler law or anti-booming music from cars statute?) slackened at night and it settled down. Nice place. Will stay there again. ”
