“First impression when walking in was great—it smelled clean and inviting. The room was very clean,. The staff was upbeat, positive, and very helpful. The beds were a little stiff for my liking, and I was disappointed that the TV wasn’t a smart TV. Overall, though, everything felt clean, comfortable, and well maintained.”

“Devon was wonderful! He assisted not only my clients needs as guests but my business needs as well. I was thrilled to have a clean, comfortable room, an helpful and efficient staff and the breakfast was nice along with the check in process being extremely convenient and available all hours; which was important for business needs. “I like the Carlisle because of the cleanliness and the large size rooms. There is actually a bath and a half, which is nice. I do have an issue with the water softeners. There is too much water softening agent being used. It seems like the soap is not getting washed off of your body, but that is not the problem. Most of the hotels that I go to have the same issue.”

“When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review”
