“This rental is such a great idea. We needed a place to stay for 1 night stopping at Grand Canyon and the rental looked fun. The experience was one of the best we ever had... The Host Dan is very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed (he made a trip out to make sure the showers and restrooms were freshened up and say hi) It is a little hard to describe how to get to boat...So they gave VERY good directions. It said to bring all your own things... But they provided so many……

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
