“The host was very accomodating and even greeted me even though I arrived late. The stay was very relaxing with a great bed that made it hard to wake up in the morning. They thought of everything when it comes to a long term or even short term stay including needs for a pup if you forgot something. The best part for someone traveling with their pup as I was, is that the entire front area is fenced. I greatly appreciated the level accommodations. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Bigfoot Lodging Cottage #2 It’s a very authentic cabin in the woods experience. The original vintage wood interior and squeaky wood floors added a lot to the ambiance. Plenty of outdoor space for grilling steaks or making campfire s’mores. The grounds are fun and funky with lots of interesting things to see including a pond and creek. The family that runs it is warm and accommodating with a small store that sells drinks and snacks. “We were not originally planning on staying in Middletown but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The Garden House is very comfortable and convenient to many things in town. Linda, our host had special little touches that made the stay relaxing. Number one the shower is amazing!
