“Love the house & Property, shelves with books, game's alot for a family to do, very comfortable & welcoming.Property down ROW at top of driveway is Pipi's childcare centre. Across the road just a short walk through a walkway to the beach, I enjoyed walking my shi tzu / poodle around the area or even down ROW so much to see.”

“The cottage is cuter and nicer than the photos . Although the drive a bit longer to Kerikeri it's a spectacular drive . Thankyou for a lovely stay ”

“wonderful location, ( apart from the noisy ferry lol) perfect amount of space, wonderful stay. Just in regards to checking in if improvements could be made by stating the lockbox is in the far left corner up high it was a little bit hard to find. Also I didn’t get an email with the check in details. Otherwise other than the dryer plug not working and having to pull it out from the wall and plug it into another plug everything was great. Just those minor improvements needed. Lastly really……

“The house was very clean and well presented overall. Bedding linen was also of a good standard. Plenty of appliances and cutlery in the kitchen. So, everything we needed. Thank you.Need instructions for new bottle collections.A few things to fix - bedside lamp downstairs not working, toilet roll holder falls off plus tap at basin requires a washer, freezer door not closing as well as should, top en-suite hand towel needs tightening -all minor things. ”

“Quiet and relaxing spot and the animals were great.Hosts were friendly and the check in / out procees was a breeze.Could do with a few more towels and give the pool a clean, but other than that, we had a great stay. ”
