“I rented this property to have all my daughter’s bridesmaid and moms to get their hair and makeup done, plus to have an area to sleep. This house will be rented in the future for a vacation spot that how nice this location is. Absolutely loves using this location.”

“Overall the location and stay were good. The house met our needs. The gas grill was not usable and the hot tub was very dirty and needed a good cleaning. We had a great time and home met almost all our expectations. Views were amazing. Owner was very responsive to any issues we had.”

“Overall great experience. Property manager was responsive to a couple little issues. Would recommend providing the internet password upon arrival or clearly posted somewhere in the unit. Would also recommend to VRBO if applicable to state upfront about a required insurance policy. You kind of get blindsided with an extra charge after committing to the property. It may be peace of mind for the owner, but feels like a hidden fee.”

“The house was the perfect size for everyone to spread out and relax to take in the spectacular view all while having great space to gather. We especially enjoyed the 2 patios on the main level that our handicapped sister had easy access to. Rafi was so easy to work with, as we added extra days to our stay. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!”

“We met are Airman for his birthday. The cabin was off the beaten track and was cozy, cute, quiet and relaxing. We had fun fishing, playing cards and spending time together. Little lizard scampered about, the canoes offered a way to be on the lake and we enjoyed evenings grilling out and by the fire. The owner was helpful, accommodating, and replied to all our request and needs immediately. Wonderful getaway!”

“The place is great and we had a most wonderful time there. The scenery is beautiful and enjoyed looking at the Angus in the field next door. My family says it’s one of their favorite places. The beds were comfortable, we did have some cleanliness issues with the refrigerator and also the dining table but everything else was great. The house decor is rustic I’d say but goes perfect with the place. The manager was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We had the most wonderful and very special stay at the cabin. The hosts were extremely helpful before we arrived, they answered questions swiftly and gave great recommendations. The view takes your breath away and I got up every morning to watch the sunrise and listen to the wildlife, it was very special and made leaving today very difficult. The cabin is lovely and well kitted out, it had everything we needed. I really could not recommend this place and the hosts enough, amazing, thank you.”

“Property was exactly that, a slice of Heaven. Cozy comfy beds and couches, nice place to recharge. Location is great, enjoyed all of Athens, explored the Huntsville attractions, and the Smokey mountains are a beautiful 2 hour drive away for an amazing day out. Property itself is safe and secured, and possibly the best sunrise you’ll ever have the pleasure of being a part of. The land around feels like home and could easily spend an entire day out there by the pond, enjoying all the wildflowers……
