You must navigate an uneven narrow grassy path flanked by a fence and the side of the building with no stepping stones or pavers and nothing to hold onto. Not the safest/easiest for anyone using a cane, walker or mobility device. 2. The door: you must use both hands to enter & exit the door. That’s not ADA compliant. “I booked this property through Expedia for Father’s Day for 6 people (3 bedrooms). After completing the reservation, it suddenly showed “6 guests in 1 room,” which was already concerning. We drove 4 hours to Tampa, and upon arrival the instructions said to contact the property to pay the balance and receive the entry code. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. When I got to the door, I checked the lock and it was already open. The moment I stepped inside, a horrible smell hit me. Two……

“Calling this a ‘luxury’ listing is a joke. We had cockroaches in our room to which no accommodative action was taken. They would not move us rooms nor was there any monetary compensation given despite multiple pictures and emails about the issue. Dishes were dirty in the cupboards. Everything was cheap or falling apart - shower rod was falling out of the wall, furniture was stained and had cheap covers on them, patio furniture was a small cheap wooden set that had mold on the table and cushions,……

“Property very neat & clean. Check in challenging due to host communication via email rather than text. Was standing outside my room at 3pm (check in is 4) . While standing outside I was asked to Venmo $20 for extra hour. That process (via email) took 20 minutes. Not that big of a deal, but with a quest at the door it was a little off putting. Otherwise the property was lovely and well maintained.”
