“Host Nico was great! We checked in on Dec 24th to visit family near by. He had asked us if we would like him to put up a Christmas tree for our stay. We were very grateful and it made a big difference for us. Very hospitable , accommodating , easy to reach and communicate with, quick responses. Would stay again. Highly recommend! ”

“Property very neat & clean. Check in challenging due to host communication via email rather than text. Was standing outside my room at 3pm (check in is 4) . While standing outside I was asked to Venmo $20 for extra hour. That process (via email) took 20 minutes. Not that big of a deal, but with a quest at the door it was a little off putting. Otherwise the property was lovely and well maintained.”

“No instructions for checkin or checkout. Had to keep asking for info. Kitchen stuff was really sparse, only silverware for 2 people. Not adequate towel racks. Dent in front of dishwasher ruins the looks of a nice looking kitchen. No toilet paper holders without turning around. One step up / down area is dangerous.Bathtub seemed to have a slant in the floor which was unc6thomfortable”
