「Property looks dated and in need of a modern upgrade. The hotel t is clean anc the staff was exceptionally good and helpful The location is great - near the Train Station and good restaurants. The breakfast was good and plentiful.」

「Carpark directions on the website were brilliant, there was plenty of parking space and we were able to get the permit before check in. The hotel is in a great location for town centre. The room we stayed in and some parts of the building looked tired, but were clean. Our room didn't have any towels in, but reception soon sorted that out. The room was very hot. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very kind and went the extra mile to look after our dog.」

「What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all...
