“Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! “The thermostat was broke and would not heat -above 53 degrees Fahrenheit. Luckily there were two space heaters in the apt (which kind of makes me think the owner know this) we shut bedroom door and turned on the space heaters when we got to room. It never warmed up.
