「Lovely cottage, I was unsure when booking as there wasn’t photos of all the rooms, however they were all great. The location was perfect, right by The Roaches, great for walks from the door step and close by to other amazing locations in the Peak District. 「Had a whole holiday cottage to myself for the price of a hotel room. Really generous and varied breakfast provisions, with spacious kitchen and dining area to enjoy it in. With a washing machine and airer in the property, I was able to get a load of washing done overnight, as the cottage was really warm. The only negative was the WiFi, which I found very poor, and phone signal is limited too.」

「An excellent base for visiting the Peak District. The flat was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Off road parking and use of a private garden was lovely. A quiet village location, 20 minute walk into Youlgrave with shops and pubs. We had an excellent meal at The George Hotel which we would recommend. Thank you Elaine for making our stay so easy.」

「Het verblijf was prima. Er was alleen aangegeven via FEWO dat alles begane grond was, dit bleek niet het geval. Voor mensen met een beperking dus erg lastig. Parkeerplaats aanwezig maar zeer lastig in en uitrijden. Het café de Red Lion is een aanrader. Goed eten en een lekker biertje/wijntje tegen redelijke prijzen.」

「We had Room 200 which large enough for us. The bathroom was immaculate and appeared to be new. Not much of a view but we were not bothered by this. Tea and coffee making facilities and comfy bed. The building itself was amazing as regards an old Spa hotel but some parts looked as though it needed some TLC.
