“Room was good, bed comfy, shower worked well. It’s in the middle of town so there is some noise, especially on a Saturday night, but to be expected. Checking in was easy although it would have been helpful to have two room keys. The woman on the desk did not seem entirely in the same world as everyone else. Parking can be a problem but usually can park in town square (which you need to pay for, either in cash/card or by downloading the local app). Place fairly clean, tables for breakfast……

“We had an excellent stay at Whitley Coach House in March. The property had everything we needed for three nights away to explore the area. It was lovely and clean, very comfortable, light, airy and warm. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare home cooked meals. The fridge has a good size freezer above which is very useful if you want to take frozen food with you. There is a good range of cutlery, crockery and glasses, saucepans, oven/roasting tray's. “Good location near shopping mall and market. The room was spacious and comfortable but we needed to climb up the stairs with our heavy luggage. Dinner was delicious.”

“I had a warm welcome and my case was taken up to my room. The room was large with king sized bed. All clean, dated, but that suited the age of hotel! There was a small table with kettle and a selection of tea, coffee etc. Large en-suite with large shower. Lots of choices on breakfast menu and cooked freshly. Parking was easy. Location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to Lacock Abbey. Lacock is a very small place but very interesting.”

“Be aware the venue's also a wedding venue & wedding guests will take priority over your booking & your room will be downgraded if the management feel the need. I booked an Executive Suite 2 weeks before my stay which should have been in the main building or Coach House, but 72-48 hours prior I was notified there'd be a wedding disco taking place in the Vendange Suite until 12am & that I may well end up in a room above it, which is exactly what happened. We entered the room, number 253, at……

“Me, my partner and our 2 dogs spent an amazing weekend there ❤️ The place is magical. We went for long walks around the fields, ate amazing food in the restaurant at the property, swam in a swimming pool, and enjoyed the area around. Definitely recommend to visit! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful ❤️ thank you very much!”
