"This is our second stay in this property and our fourth stay with Host Ted. The kitchen is well equipped to host family gatherings during the holidays and there is plenty of beds for all guests. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed watching dolphins almost daily. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. Ted is extremely responsive and made certain we had baby gates, and high chairs and pack-n-plays for 2 babies. We would recommend staying in this home. "

"There is nothing better than being together with the whole family. We loved being together in one home. There were a couple of issues with the heat (not often needed at the beach) as well as the pool and hot tub. Ted always answered my calls and texts and was very prompt to provide support and send over technicians. "

We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. "
