「Great communication from host. 」

「Apartment is well located and comfortable. However, we were disappointed that a number of things including the kitchen were old and in need of refurbishment. The worse thing was that the apartment has an ant problem throughout which the owner is clearly aware of as there are ant traps visible.」

「There was good communication between the host and us . The home was clean and accommodating and had a lovely little patio courtyard. It was so pleasant to sit and have a breakfast.」

「This house was definitely in the top five (perhaps even three) of all the places I have stayed. It was perfect for our brief get away. Well stocked kitchen for making dinner, very comfortable beds with plenty of privacy and the outdoor seating around the fire pit was a great way to spend the evening. I would definitely stay here again the next time I find myself in Santa Barbara.」

「What a lovely location in Santa Barbara! 5 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable one bedroom home with large living room with pull out couch and roll away bed. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment」
