「It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. 「The host was darling and communicative. My trip entailed mostly business with a bit of pleasure. The bed is outrageously comfortable and made for cozy sleep when solid sleep was a priority. The space is marvelous and accurately depicted as the photos and videos. We appreciated the hosts flair for all things curious and exotic. 「This was an unregistered listing in violation of New York Law. Both the property management team and VRBO are violating the law. Neighbors informed us they would be calling the police. In addition the apartment door was plastered with violation notices. The external door key also was not functioning. I have asked for a refund. Terrible experience.」

「Great location, walkable, safe and spacious. Host is very easy and quick to communicate.Communication can be improved on a few areas- no pull out coach as described. Appreciated late check out for a small fee but frustrating that our key card was not extended and the cleaners kept knocking and were not notified. However host was very quick to answer & remedy the issue. Lovely stay, would certainly stay again!」
