「After reading some prior reviews, I was nervous about our stay. However, guest services checked us in and made sure it was ok if we were in the same side as the plaza as there was music until 9pm and it may be a little loud. 「The room itself was a good size, but the humidity was unbearable. It was so damp that even the bed sheets felt wet. I left my suitcase open overnight, and by the next morning all of my clothes felt humid and had developed a musty smell after just one night. The rooms are carpeted, and because of the excessive humidity, dirt and debris actually stuck to our feet as we walked around. It was disgusting. 「Well designed, quiet, fresh feeling」

「Staff unfriendly, no one smiled. The refrigerator and microwave did not work (was plugged in) the outlets were loose, windows dirty to look out, shower head and sink low, and just felt old and not up to par. For the price, I won’t go back. There’s many other hotels in that price range that offer so much more and better kept. The breakfast was not that great but maybe I’m picky. The thing that stood out the most was the unfriendly front desk employee who smoked weed out in the parking deck...

「The parking was great even it had a $15 fee per day. You park take elevator right to your room floor. Shuttle to Mayo made it easier for us. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was okay had better but it worked」

「Beds were comfortable. The king suite had stains on the couch as well as stains on the check in couches. Overall it was priced cheap and could just use some cleaning and stain removal.」

「Shower is very accessible for people with inconvenience in moving. Also, the water tap is installed on the opposite side of the shower head made it extra accessible without having to stand under the shower head/water to turn it on/off - which is great details in desgin. 」
