“Room service and in house restaurants are very expensive. Room was ok but the heat and air did not function properly. Biggest plus is it’s the closest hotel to the Mayo Clinic. Can’t beat that. Overall ok. ”

“The rooms were comfortable. You had the option to cook your meals there or go out. Full size fridge, microwave and 2 burner stove top. Complete with dishes and dish washer. ”

“I had to travel to The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, for a week.and was given the name of the hotel as one choice close to the clinics I had to visit by the concierge service. It is connected via indoor skyway to the main outpatient Mayo campus, including the Gonda building. The parking was very easy with direct acess to the hotel at the skyway level in the parking garage. The hotel is modern, central to downtown, and has a fantastic, upscale onsite restaurant called Crave. Check-in was……

“The hotel itself had all the amenities. The room tv stand that had the microwave and fridge the doors did not close properly. It was difficult to get to the fridge as the tv stand door kept closing in on it. The closet door had stains on it as well and the light pole had not been wiped down. The staff was wonderful and parking was easy!”

“Breakfast was fine, didn’t use the pool facilities.”

“It was a huge disappointment. We bought our own breakfast. The coffee was unsinkable and many others were complaining of same. ”

“Parking was good. The shuttle to Mayo was very helpful. With all the construction going on, it was great to be let off right at the door. The breakfast - I didn't really like having to take the cold food from the frig and heat it in the microwave. There were many trying to use at the same time. The elevator system was odd getting to the 4th floor”

“My first choice for a hotel room now. Room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and full breakfast was excellent. What more could I ask for!”

“Shower is very accessible for people with inconvenience in moving. Also, the water tap is installed on the opposite side of the shower head made it extra accessible without having to stand under the shower head/water to turn it on/off - which is great details in desgin. ”
