"The property itself feels old and outdated despite attempts to modernize it. There were stains on the bed cover and the carpeted floor. Sloppy paint job and bubbling wood. That being said, it was as clean as you can get for the age, staff was friendly, and beds are comfortable. Overall okay budget hotel. "

"Room was clean, didn't have the breakfast; but, I really enjoyed the Hot Chocolate that was available in the lobby at night. There is a machine that makes multiple hot drinks (expresso, cappuccino, etc.) - great amenity. "

"The property manager was super sweet and very accommodating, the only thing that didn’t give us five stars, was the Wi-Fi connection would constantly disconnect and was very poor, and I came there kind of as a work retreat, I also didn’t realize there would be other random people walking around on the property during the day, I thought it was mostly secluded per the listing. The last thing is that there was a train line close enough that the train horns kept me up most of the night since I’m a light sleeper. Other than that, it’s a really sweet property."

"Terrible customer service. I stayed here 3 nights. 1st night they were unwilling to give me a downstairs room without a big up charge even after explaining I have a disability and have a bad time with stairs then I decided to book the 2nd and left early in the morning for business, then I rebooked the room before check out time. I even called to make sure I could keep the same room and was told by the man on the phone no problem. When I arrived to reset my card key at 11:04 am I was told by the female at the counter that because I booked online I was not able to go in my room till after 2pm. The same girl that refused my disability is the same one refusing to let me in the room till 2. Her condencending attitude and rude nature is probably some of the worst I have encountered in a very long time and I recommend staying anywhere else but at this place"

"Things happen.. found used condom on bedroom floor which they came the very next morning and cleaned our entire suite for us. The staff and housekeeping were very nice. The pullout isn’t for an adult. Had stains which I bought stuff to clean it but my 18 year old son had to sleep on small couch with legs on floor and he is 6 feet tall and scoliosis so basically no bed. The mattress for the pullout was very thin and bar in middle of it stuck in his back. The gym was nice and we liked the hotel being tucked away. "
