“Excellent beach experience in October ”

“This resort is beautiful! It was very clean ans the staff were beyond pleasant and helpful when asked for assistance. The beach is gorgeous. There were plenty of seating at the beach and at the pools throughout the day at all times. We ordered room service before an early am excursion and it was delivered fast, andnit was good. Walking distance to a few more restaurants and a huge shopping plaza with a lot of other restaurants and shopping kiosks. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable.……

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“My flights got messed up with Divi Divi. Resulting in my having to cut the trip short find another airline and leave the very next morning I was in the room for about 6 hours so for that time I enjoyed it ”

“We love the Hyatt! We got married there in 2003 and try to go back every year on our anniversary. The staff is wonderful. The accommodations are always. Excellent. We have never had a bad experience at the Hyatt. Hopefully we’ll be able to go back again in October for our 23rd anniversary. ”

“4 days at the Boardwalk was great. Beach a short walk away and between the crowds at the Ritz and Marriot. Rooms, food, drinks, grounds all great, but the staff! I appreciated the help and friendliness of Jessica at the front desk, Coleen, Massy, Gerson, and Julen at Coco Cafe, and Sergio and Hakim on the shuttle. Other guests were also willing to smile and chat, making my stay so nice. Thank you!”
