“We were greeted by our contact person, Gail, who is friendly and personable. And a terrific artist as you will see when you are on the property. This is a very cute, fun and artsy apartment. We used the bedroom at the front of the house and found it roomy and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is outstanding and the hot water arrives almost instantly. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just bring your own food. We will definitely book a room here when we are near Winchester Bay again.”

“This is hands down one of my favorite spots I've ever stayed. It's quiet, cozy, clean, great view, and great location. I will be recommending this spot to anyone going to Newport. The property is beautiful and well kept plus the cats are adorable. I quite literally have nothing bad to say about this place. In my opinion it's better than advertised. You're right in the middle of everything while being just far enough away to have that peace and quiet. My partner and I didn't want to leave……
