"None of the rooms offer AC or fans. If you plan on staying here during the summer bring along a fan. Also, don't stay near room 233 or 133 because that's where the hotel's laundry is located and when their giant washers spin it violently shakes the whole hotel room and patio and it is very loud. This goes on for hours. The big dryers in the laundry room make the room too warm so you have to open up the patio door at night to cool off the room. The views from the rooms are amazing and the breakfast is pretty good. Bacon and hard boiled eggs would be nice."

"This hotel is right on the promenade and overlooking the beach, very close to the aquarium and Mo's. We went during spring break and ghost conference, so there were many people. We had a partial view of the ocean. We were on the ground floor and could only hear the people above us move about when in the bathroom. The shower water was nice and hot. The fireplace was good and provided some warmth. Breakfast was hot and fresh meat and eggs and pancakes and potatoes and biscuits and gravy and cereals and dairy items and bread options and fresh fruit and coffee and tea. We didnt check for any fresh cookies in the evening. The bed was comfortable for us large people. Good outlet lamps on either side of bed. The kitchennette was handy. The kids and dogs seemed to be having wonderful times. "

"The food was great. Staff was good, except for the longer wait for a room. We got there at 4pm. Was told from the lady that the room was not ready and would get a call once avaliable. So we went and had dinner upstairs. After dinner we just sat upstairs waiting for the call. After 50min I was over waiting and wanted to check on our room. She says yes its avaliable. What happened to my phone call because its been ready for a little while? Not happy about that. The room was nice though and we stayed 2 nights. Last night we ordered room service which was charged to room. Automatically 20% gratuity which whatever but then charge a CAT tax, State tax on our meal, so an extra $52.40 on top of our room cost. It was like an extra $15.00 added to meal cost. So just be aware of costs. "

"The hotel room was amazing and the view was even better! We had a room on the first floor with our own balcony and the view was right across from the beach, we could see Haystack Rock from our room"
