Death by Paper Cut
I would not recommend due to; Neither thermostat was accurate, had to keep temp between 70&78, could not run the fan; No shower caddies, soap etc in floor of shower; toilets did not flush, constantly had to manipulate the flapper on several, the half bath downstairs we removed the toilet lid, every time it was flushed, did not refill; Shower did not drain; Game room-no salt on the shuffleboard, not level, could not play; pool table not level, by a lot; had to ask for towels; dishwashing liquid; one dishwasher detergent, 2 dishwashers. Basically the property is lipstick on a pig, looks elegant but everything is cheaped up. It took a lot of follow up on my part to get the payment arranged, check in, etc. I would not suggest this management company. There is one person there who knows what he is doing, the others don't have a clue.
