Good and Bad

First, we did not know we would have to pay to park a car because of the community. The house was great when we arrived. There was problems with anything they said to do “online”. The place was very clean and in good condition. We asked about a Keurig before the visit and it was not there when we got there, but after a message to the host, they brought it quickly. The bad is that we did t know about the extra pay for having a car, the pool which we paid extra for it to be heated was not and there must have been a leak and we had to “maintain” it a bit and the water in the pool was cold. Ellis Exclusives were excellent with their communication and resolutions. The other problem was the homeowner had the thermostat locked at 76 degrees and it was extremely warm and stuffy in the house.

Perfect Family Villa – Spotless, Relaxing, and Minutes from Disney

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it! The villa was spotless, with comfy beds and sofas, and the sunny pool and spa were brilliant for relaxing after busy days. The pool area was lovely and quiet, and Emerald Island itself had great amenities. Being so close to Disney was a huge plus — it really is right on the doorstep. We found Uber very reasonable and used it nearly every day, so next time we come we won't bother hiring a car. A perfect base for a family holiday!

Perfect Pool & Great Local Eats!

Our family had a fabulous stay at this lovely home. The pool area was spacious, sunny, and ideal for sunbathing. Inside, the house was well-kept and comfortable—great for relaxing and spending quality time together. Plus, its location couldn't be more convenient! It's under 5 miles from Disney World and just a couple of miles to a variety of shops and restaurants. When it came to dining out, we were spoilt for choice. Near the resort, we enjoyed casual family meals at places like Thai Thani in nearby Celebration and Servando's Mexican. For a fun evening out, the options at Sunset Walk were terrific: we tried The Wharf seafood restaurant, Adega Gaucha Brazilian steakhouse, Rock & Brews, Lazy Dog, and Keke's Breakfast Cafe—and all were delightful. In short, this home offered a wonderful blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. We couldn't have asked for a better base for our Florida getaway and would happily stay again!
