Overall not bad, but plenty of room to improve

Had issues with the HVAC thermostat - the heat had been turned on and the thermostat was locked. Requested the pool heater to be turned on - but somehow they didn't see my request. It took over 24 hours to get those issues resolved. Had multiple issues with traffic backing up at the security gate and on at least one occasion it took over an hour and we through our carry out away after it sat in the car while we sat in traffic. Messaged the host - got no acknowledgement or response from my complaint. The home / property was in good shape, clean and comfortable, but we ran into several logistical issues that took away from the good parts. Would not recommend staying in this community during busy travel times.
