Fabulous

The house was exceptionally clean and elegant. It’s the best place to stay if you have little ones. My whole family really enjoyed themselves and we will be coming back again next year.

Nice place to stay and Privacy

It was great and comfortable.The kids had a great time in the pool when the weather let them.The shopping center/food places not to far right up the road.The only problem we jad was one of the ice machine of the fridge kept getting stuck.I would stay at this place again.

Family get away.

This was a beautiful house. The beginning we had a hard time with the hot tub not being hot. But the commination was amazing and they had it fixed immediately. It was a beautiful house, with an amazing pool. Equipped to handle our entire family. The house was clwan. Pac man was a pmus. Our family played that ecery night. Thank you for a wonderful magic stayi.

It was ok. Day we got there pool was only half full and freezing. We paid for pool heater. Had lost a pool day by time we got maintenance to come out to make sure everything was ok to put hose in pool to fill. One bathroom upstairs sink was clogged so we couldnt use the sink in that bathroom. Other than everything else was ok.

Don't Stay Here!

The issues at this property don't seem to be getting resolved. As other reviews said, communication is poor at best, the one ice machine on the fridge sticks, a fire alarm went off at 6:15am for no reason. These are all the same issues going back to August (according to the other reviews). There is no clear communication for check out. At least the other reviewers got to use the pool. I have photos of the pool drained and having a closed no swimming sign, yet the owner is telling me it was available and safe to use. This is literally the worst experience I've had with a VRBO property.

Overrated

Ok, where do I start…when we got there it was pouring down rain and the code that we received to get into the property was not working…FINALLY we received a new code Via email….its late and we start to get ready for baths and showers and there are no washcloths…each bedroom had a towel (1) on the bed…they only provided 3 trash bags for trash that we had to haul away ourselves…the children go to play in the game room and it’s so hot in there they couldn’t play…the game room is actually the garage and it’s not air conditioned…the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool water…the Harry Potter room mattress on the bed was super hard like sleeping on a box spring…the carpet was stained and overall the house wasn’t very clean at all…I think we left it cleaner when we left it versus when we entered to be honest…Oh and my sisters truck got towed because her bumper was over the sidewalk in the driveway!!! We called police because we thought it was stolen from the property but the 911 dispatcher told us that the HOA was good for that in the neighborhood…We had a great time at Disney so at least that!!!

It was ok

Before I write anything, the front desk was very nice and always very responsive. With that said I have never had to contact a front desk staff so much at a rental. A few things that were not ideal: Dryer was not working and no one communicated this however they left the owner/cleaning service washer dryer open for use. The fire alarm went off at 6am, they sent someone out later that morning. Then during the night my teen stays up late and sees a cockroach (she took photos), they came Out and sprayed the next am. The house is large and accommodates several. There was no Checkout email or anything like I have had with several other vrbo properties. The pool was great and our fav part! I am sure if they review me as a guest they can say I was annoying by the amount of times I sent an email. Hopefully this review helps!
