We loved the pool & jacuzzi in the villa. Our family all had a wonderful stay in the 5 bedroom villa.

The house was clean and fit all of us very well. It did not feel “homey” had the very bare minimum. Did not love how everything extra was charged for.

Dirty property

Pictures on site need to be updated. House was not clean. As soon as we walked in there was a strong odor of smoke in this smoke free property, numerous stains on walls and doors, kitchen counter tops were sticky, cob webs on various corners of the home, bugs along walls in living room, carpet in living room was dirty and smelly, floors were dirty. Contacted Upstay which is the property management company for this rental, was told they would contact the cleaning company to go out the next day instead one of the Upstay employees showed up the next day with a near empty bottle of febreeze for the smell and a bottle of lysol disinfectant spray and a sponge to "clean the walls". She removed the carpet from the living room as per my request and later dropped off all purpose cleaner for us to mop the area where the dirty carpet was. Air hockey table in game room did not work. Batteries from front door keypad went dead, contacted Upstay regarding this issue and until this day I have not heard back from them instead we had to put our day plans on hold, go buy a new pack of batteries and replace them ourselves. Very disappointed with this rental and will not be renting any properties managed by Upstay. Although I do understand that they hire a cleaning company, I think it is still their responsibility to go out and check that the properties are actually getting cleaned.
