Fantastic

A very long awaited holiday (vacation) for me, my wife and our family. The property didn't disappoint in any way at all, in fact I would go as far as saying it exceeded our expectations. We had a few small issues with the hot tub and freezer but the IHM team tended to these promptly and professionally, we couldn't ask for more. My grandchildren and niece virtually spent all of their time in the pool and well equipped games room when we weren't out and about. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the property for standard and value. Dan & Deb (UK)

Disney trip

We loved the location of the house. It was close to disney which is why we visited Orlando. We loved the amenities like the oasis clubhouse on non disney days. Location was great. The only thing was the cleaniness of the house. Clumps of hair was found outside and inside. Pet hair was found on thw velour blankets, we brought dogs but that was already there when we came. Some of the blankets looked dirty and had food staines on them and there was some red liquid on the island walls and there was ants coming through the front door and kept going on the counters. Management did say they could send someone to fumigate but we had plans to go to disney and had dogs at the house so we opted not to do that. We really did love the house, the rooms were nice and my duagter loved the princess room. Another thing which they had some potholders to take stuff out of oven. Other than that the house was good.

The stairs in the home is very weak when you walk on them. The electrical plugs in the entire house don't work as if there's some sort of issue with the wiring system. We deserve a credit for the issue we dealt with the entire weekend.
