"Exceptional Rental! Where to start with this glowing review? This condo is easy to locate and conveniently situated near many amenities. The property is well maintained, and the condo itself is located on the front most right corner, offering spectacular beach views and breathtaking sunrises from the comfortable private balcony, which is furnished with cozy Adirondack chairs. Upon first entering the condo, it's clear the owner takes great pride in making guests feel comfortable. The space is impeccably clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully labeled. Helpful instructions are laminated and posted by the front door, making everything easy to navigate. The additional care put into organizing the kitchen and coffee bar was especially appreciated! The owner truly understands how to make travelers comfortable by providing a wide array of kitchen supplies—including condiments and food wrap—and a well-stocked coffee bar complete with coffee, creamer, flavorings, and cinnamon. It’s all the little things you want to enjoy while traveling but don’t want to purchase for a short stay. This place was incredibly comfortable and cozy! It’s the kind of rental you want to take care of while you are there because you can tell the owners take pride in their property and in making sure guests have an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!"

"The unit is located toward the back of the building, so there was no road noise at all. I’ve stayed in multiple units in both the north and south buildings, and I continue to return.This unit includes a dedicated parking space directly in front of the garage, conveniently located almost directly below the balcony. The sunrise views from the balcony are very nice, and the location directly across the road from the beach is a major plus.The owner is extremely responsive and resolved a TV issue the same day I contacted her. While the interior is a bit dated, the furniture is comfortable and well maintained. Overall, this unit is definitely worth a return visit."
