“Hotel incroyable! Service impeccable. TOUT est en marbre! Vraiment beau et le personnel est vraiment aimable”

“The hotel is quite cool - looks unimpressive from the outside but inside the rooms are very modern and clean. We had 2 rooms on the top floor with skylights which had remote-controlled shades. We were given code access to get in - which was perfect as we arrived early and dropped our bags off. We were lucky to fin street parking just across the street from the hotel. The location was awesome. Right next to the bridge to Ortigia. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants near by. The staff……

“Great location! Large comfy bed,”

“Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast is very fresh and delicious. Room was clean and beautiful view of the sea. ”

“The b and b breakfast view was awesome and the breakfast tastes delicious. Staff is very helpful without them we wouldn’t be able to get our car. Overall a really worth stay.”

“Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! ”

“the guy in the front desk is very nice ”

“Our major complaint was that the tv didn’t work at all during a six night stay, including numerous inquiries about it”

“洒店有到Pozzallo的碼頭接車到酒店非常方便。第二天的租車公司就在旁邊。租車職員熱情介紹當地景點很喜歡。”

“All good. Fantastic breakfast.”

“Good, small apartment like room with a living room, a main room and a small kitchenette; I'd definitely come back for a long stay. The furniture is old, but the mattress is good. Great service from Ale in the front desk. We carried in a lot of dust in our shoes (expected, would happen everywhere), but the cleaning staff made a great job daily. The location is spectacular. Even though our 'sea-view room' meant a window with a view, yes, through some buildings, and you had to be standing in……

“excellent”

“I enjoyed four unforgettable days exploring beautiful Ortigia -staying at the Grand Hotel Ortigia, which is a 5-star luxury hotel overlooking the harbor. It is just a short stroll to the must-see landmarks such as the ruins of the Temple of Apollo, the Aretusa Fountain, and the renowned Cathedral of Syracuse. it was built in 1890 and was completely renovated while preserving its classic old-world charm with marble floors, Corinthian columns, and beautiful art-filled common areas. They have an……

“Excellent location and wonderful ambience. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight.”

“There appears to be a disconnect between Expedia and the local agent. The check in was poor as the instructions sent by Expedia were not adhered to.”

“The room was big enough for two people and they gave us two single beds as requested. the location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient and the breakfast was real nice and they had quite a lot of choices. One thing that I like the most was the staffs, a women there helped us with everything we needed to travel around and extended the room one more night for us. The down sides were the communication within the staffs I guess as the young lady said if we wanted to extend one more night,……
