Very comfortable, clean, no-frills accommodation. 4 day stay, serviced once in that time which is acceptable. No microwave in room, but one is available in the lobby. Remote check in conducted via smart speaker to the top left of what would be a normal check in desk. This property does not use keys or cards, but instead uses PIN codes to open the front and room doors - which is awesome! Ensure you have data enabled on your phone as internet is required to check in.

Location was perfect for me. Close to everything, but not within "horde central". Property is clean, but the air filters were filthy (full of dust) within the elevator and within my room. Small but comfortable room, as expected. If you need your trash collected you have to call a number. Good luck if you only have a DATA SIM. It would have been an easier Check In experience if I at least had received an email with the Lobby access code on the arrival date. I had to wait, under rain, for someone to speak remotely and open the door. After that, everything went smoothly. I would stay here again.

This should not be call a hotel. NOISE+++

No need to say anything in detail, just don’t stay in this hotel. Super noisy it is like trying to fall asleep on the highway, impossible. For this price you can only find better deal

Overall a good stay

Good location! Well priced! However the check in was a bit complicated. When I arrive at the entrance the door was locked and there was no instructions on how to open the front door. There was a sign that said to call a number but I managed to press a button behind the sign to ring a doorbell. Had to fill up a google form to check in. A very friendly staff was able to communicate with me via the speaker to guide me through the check in. Amenities was sufficient! Room was fairly clean and just right for 1 person. Would not mind staying again.

Had some small issues at check-in, as I had not received the entry keycode. It took a few minutes to get in touch with the staff by phone, as no one is present at the location. This could have been difficult had I not had a local SIM with which I could call.

I chose this hotel as it is close to the Nankai and JR stations. However, I am surprised how complicated with the check-in process, as it is a man-less hotel. For the amenities, I was surprised that there were no cups in my room nor coin laundry in both North and Central Hotels. The bath tub was with dirts that I dared not use it. After my “neighbour” check-out yesterday, he put all his trash and used towels outside his room and the narrow lift lobby after 10am which was only cleaned by 3pm. I was completely shocked how it was handled. What make it worst is that the staff doesn’t speak English. With that amount of room rate, I rather pay slightly extra to get a bigger room in a proper hotel next time.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo nel cuore di Namba poco fuori dal caos e dai rumori ma a 2 passi a piedi dalla stazione e dalla maggior parte delle cose da vedere a Osaka. Un po' complicata ma gestione del deposito bagagli in un altra struttura e il self check-in può risultare un po' complesso per chi non ha praticità con lo smartphone e l'inglese. L'assenza di personale fisico nella struttura purtroppo pesa in un posto in cui è difficile farsi capire anche di persona. Considerando il prezzo e la posizione ne può valere la pena.

荷物の預かりサービス以外は良かったです。

ホテルの位置は本当に良く、部屋も清潔で広々としていましたが、午後5時以降は荷物を預かってもらえませんでした。このサービスがないのは非常に不便で、次回ここに泊まるかどうかの大きな判断材料になるでしょう。また、チェックインの手続きは分かりにくかったです。

大通りに面しているので夜中のバイクの騒音は気になりました。 ただ口コミにかかれていた壁が薄いから隣の声が気になるとありましたが、私の部屋の隣も2人泊まってましたが声は気にならなかったです。 暗証番号なのでルームキーを無くす心配もなく使いやすかったです。 夜中のバイクの騒音さえなければリピートは確実にしたいホテルです。

伊丹空港行きのバス乗り場近くだったので利用しました。 最初無人のホテルとのことでいろいろ不安でしたが、お電話やチェックインの対応してくださったスタッフさんも親切でした。 (前日の電話した内容が伝わってなかったですが) 料金がやすいタイミングだったらまた利用したいかなと思いました
