Overall the hotel was good. It is relatively close to Shin Osaka station but would allot more time when leaving to catch the shinkansen as it is a very busy station. If taking the subway, exit#7 is the closest to the hotel to get on/off Amenities are sufficient. They have coffee on the reception floor and also has water dispensers on each floor which was a nice touch. The only negative is the high step to get to the bathroom inside the room.

Hotel is very close to Shin Osaka stn. Use exit 6 as it is near the hotel. Room is nice and clean. How, please be aware the room key is needed to acess your floor. It cannot be used to access any other floors except 1 and 2. Also, you cannot call another guest room with the phone in your room. You’ll need WhatsApp or something similar.

The only reason to stay here is for the close proximity to shin-osaka station. Literally no other reason. The hotel was dirty, some of the staff were rude, mostly at the restaurant, there were a few waitresses who were kind, others not so much and they gave the impression like they were babysitting you. Front desk was nice. Housekeeping was terrible overall. They could not understand english, spanish, or japanese. They kept not cleaning up my trash, i had to ask a front desk assistant to come and pick it up, which i was embarrassed to have to ask. The hotel is in serious need of renovation, and potentially change in management.

Good Location for short stay

I got a breakfast. That dish is not so good. Miso-soup was leaked on the board. Anyone has some mistake and it’s OK, if they recognized that. But he acted that he didn’t find his mistake. I’m afraid that.

We really enjoyed our japanese breakfast every day. Mackerel, auto self dispense rice machine, food was tasty. Potato salad on cabbage. Green tea. Coffee. Clear broth. The facility was roomy compared to APA (claustrophobic). Faucet easy to use. Slight train sound. Convenient to subway if you don't mind going down a steep stairway. Next to shin osaka station. A bit hard to find at first. New towels every other day.

The hotel is very close to metro station, but it’s not very easy to find for JR passengers and the notice given by the hotel is not that clear. It takes a while to locate the hotel with the assistance of station staff. The rm is clean in general, except that there seem to be carpet mites in the corner area as it has been itchy after sitting a while. Overall, the staff are nice and amenities given are sufficient. Free water is provided which is highly desirable.

The hotel was in an excellent location, within walking distance to Shin-Osaka train station, and the metro station was even closer. There is a Family Mart convenience store just around the corner, as well as a restaurant at the corner of the building. The hotel was in a safe area, and I did not feel unsafe at all walking from the train/metro station to the hotel at night. I love that there is a water station on each floor. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. There is also a laundry room (2 machines, each machine is a combo washer dryer), but the dryer part of it wasn't as great as a standalone dryer machine would have been. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
