“The accommodations were great. My only frustration was the check in process. It was not explained anywhere that you need to check in at one site, but will be staying somewhere else. Knowing this would have been helpful. Also when you walk in the building, you are asked if you are staying at WorldMark, reunion or Wyndham. I booked with “worldmark reunion”, so this was confusing. I was sent to three different desks and they were all snarky, like I should already know how this works. Essentially……

“We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment, though a few recurring issues kept it from being a perfect stay. The highlights were genuinely impressive: the space was immaculate and open, the balcony and views were stunning, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, and the laundry closet and toy room were absolute lifesavers when traveling with a toddler. “Common areas were amazing- only real issue was our particular unit- Dirty everywhere- after supposed to be ready for next guest- ie: furnace grates built up dirt and grime, mop boards are filthy , floors dirt on them, walls had past stains on them, coffee pour marks down the wall, pillow has holes in it , tv in spare air room doesn’t -change any channels, shades are broken and leave gaps for peepers (kitchen and hall). electric outlets don’t hold plugs for devices to charge , Worst of all I went……

“The main issues we had were:1) was not given the unit number which aggregated the gate guard which was a pain since we arrived very late that night. 2) bath mat in extra bathroom off the hall was sopping wet, sticky and disgusting. I complained about it and they never offered to replace it. 3) WiFi was flacky, frequent dropouts and cable television was also flacky with dropouts. All of these complaints were all very fixable. “Beautiful property to stay at! Property is very clean. There is a pool and restaurant on sight. Not far from Orlando and all the parks. Also close to a Publix. Owners are extremely easy to get in touch with. Will definitely stay here again!!”

“Mediocre at best. Significant issues with pool/hot tub temperature. Had to pay to heat the hot tub which was then excessively hot and made the pool also excessively hot. It was so hot that we could not even go in the pool at one point. Patio door didn’t lock etc. Location, neighborhood and community pool was great. ”
