「朝食付き，とあったので安さで決めました。が、いざ行ってみたら"朝食あり"で申込まないと駄目との事。でも安価で申し込むと自動的に食事無しになる(客は知らない)仕組みになっています。 出掛けた先からホテルに帰るバスの案内が無く、ホテル従業員さえ知らず"タクシーに乗っても2千円以内だ"と案内するので 乗ったら3千円以上になり 次の日はバス乗り場が分からず2時間30分迷いました。 交通機関は表示するか 従業員がきちんとバス乗り場やバス時間等を把握しておいて欲しいです。 それは基本的なサービスではないでしょうか？」

「Staff are helpful and polite. The room is spacious and there are complimentary drinks and personal care items. Opposite the hotel are a 24-hr supermarket and a Seria store, the Okazaki Jingu is next to the hotel and the Heian Jingu is within 10-min walk. 」

「They gave me a late checkout (2 hours extension) for no additional charge. Staff tried to talk in English with me, and was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing also, and very cheap! The room is very spacious. Some things seem a bit old, and the red light in the bathroom did not work. But it was a nice stay, would probably do it again in the future!」
