“Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate. Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. ”

“Apart from the great view during breakfast and the warm, enthusiastic front desk staff, this guesthouse is utterly disappointing and highly not recommended. I have never been to a place that doesn't offer eggs for breakfast. The only food available was unpalatable cakes, very hard bread, chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and some peaches that were nearly rotten. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can clearly hear someone sneezing in the room on the floor below, and at around 2:00……

“Very friendly staff. Good location. Room floors were not super clean but overall the room was good. The rooftop restaurant has a stunning all around view. ”

“This hotel locates in the heart of Palermo with helpful staffs. Highly recommend.”

“Uniquely charming old Palazzo ideally located within a few minutes walk of many Palermo attractions. Small common area is just outside the rooms, a good place to enjoy tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits, and to meet other guests. Good restaurant suggestions. Room quiet despite busy neighborhood. Older or less able guests need to know that access is possible only via outside staircase, expect no help with bags.”

“Our room is very spacious and well decorated like a palace. Breakfast was disappointing comparing to other hotels we stayed through out Sicily. We also had drinks at the roof top bar and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Both are fine. Parking was easy too.”

“位置優越，到主要景點步行可達。酒店員工友善，停車不方便，好在酒店員工y”

“this is the nicest hotel i have ever stayed at. the interiors and materials are beautiful. the staff was very nice and super helpful. I would visit Palermo again just stay at this hotel again.”

“Surprisingly quiet for a hotel so conveniently located in the middle of the historic center! Very clean with friendly and helpful staff. A true gem!”

“Unfortunately I only had the chance to spend 1 night here, but really loved the central location and room. The owner Roberta was very helpful prior to my arrival to send me photos of the building door, and the entrance to the Heritage Collection rooms so that I was easily able to find my room. I was in Europe for 2 weeks and this place had the most comfortable bedding and pillows of all the places I stayed. The rooms were all tastefully remodeled over the past few years, keeping the character of……

“Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”
