"Ramona is absolutely beautiful. There is a gorgeous view from the lovely seating area out side the room. There was a big comfortable bed with lots of pillows, a very spacious room with very comfortable lether motion couch.The 2 ladies I talked to were very helpful. The reason I gave 3 stars over all is this is advertised as with jacuzzi but when I went to get it the bubbles were on but the water was cold and the shower was cold too."

"Great independent hotel. Great mid-century vibe. Includes a basic breakfast. Has a small workout space as well. Cool vibe, lounge spaces to chill and talk offers a decent room service (from nearby spot) location just south of old town areas. Very convenient. Worth Checking out."

"I didn't get to the breakfast until 8am when I was checking out so maybe there were some more options earlier but would have been nice to have some food and beverage options that aren't ultra-processed. I don't know if that's a big expense to add to your menu but maybe two or three options for fruit or power bars?"

"Front desk, Amaya, was so kind and helpful during our stay. We got displaced because of some work being done in our apartment and we came early to check in and she was just so sweet dealing with our multiple calls to get in early. *we brought so much food, which is also why we chose this hotel. They even helped store a couple items for us in their fridge while waiting. Like I have never seen that done before. The kindness was above and beyond. Her Housekeeping supervisor helped move some mountains to get us checked in early and we were so grateful. As this was the start of our experience I would say 10/10! The rom was perfect, comfortable and had everything we needed. Every interaction we had with the front desk and staff and after was just on point in hospitality. I felt annoying with requests and they just made it sooo easy. I will 100% always choose to stay here and recommend to everyone. Extra perks: free parking, nice and clean pool, nice fitness room, free breakfast 6am to 9am and they had aooo many snacks, beverages, and ice cream for reasonable purchase (nothing super crazy priced!)"
